Iinsured my 1.2 punto for £975 third party, cheapest i could find as a new driver.
After about 2 weeks of not recieving my policy documents and about to phone the company, i came home one day with a message on my phone informing me from Quinn that they had recieved my policy documents sent back to them which had been wrongly delivered to another address like mine. They gave me a number to phone and i was met by a friendly customer service woman who kindly helped me sort everything out, i recieved my policy documents within afew days after this, along with the originals which i had to send back.
Although it was their fault they had my details wrong, as it was all correct at the time of me purchasing the insurance, they sorted it out quickly and promptly.
Good customer services and dealings with so far.
