quinn direct is a total rip off my son paid £2500 pounds last year and stayed with them this year at a cost of £1250 pounds they were being paid monthley and after 5 months we changed banks and they got the details wrong and the money for the month did not get paid we telephoned asap the correct bank details and they said all would be ok .by chance we telephoned said insurance company to enquire about a change of car and to our disbelife they have cancelled the insurance policy whithout any warning to my son who has been driving whithout cover.thank you quinn insurance yet again for incopetance.
