The accomodation sounded very good with what was supplied with the top chalet but it was disgusting. As soon as we arrived the chalets didn't look good and the parking was atrocious. I had to park miles away from the chalet. Once inside I wanted to go home. The space was very small we are used to caravans and they are much more spacious. The bedsetee was filthy we had to put a cover over it before we could sit on it. They badly need upgrading very old fashioned and in need of decorating. We couldn't eat in them so had all our meals out. We came back late every night because we didn't want to be in there. The pool was filthy the tiles need scrubbing and the white table need bleaching I didn't even want to put my belonging on them. When I went in the water it was very warm but I didn't stay in long as there was a scum all round the side and it made me feel sick. I didn't go in again. We didn't use the club or any amenities as when we went to look at the club it stank and the carpets etc were filthy badly in need of redocration. We took sleeping bags with us and slept on towels as we didn't feel clean in the beds. I couldn't wait to get home and have shower in fact I had several all the same day till I felt clean again.
I would not recomend Pontins to anybody and certainly will never go again. It is not worth any amount of money no matter how cheap DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!!!!!
