Awful, awful website. I'm really not exaggerating.
It's always been slow and frequently stopped displaying my balances and transactions, but it's now been properly broken (error messages and crashes) for over a week. A whole week!!! I get mildly annoyed if my free email account goes down for a few minutes but these people have thousands of pounds of my money in their system!
They obviously don't think that on-line banking is very important to business customers so I strongly advise you not to open an account with them until they replace the whole sorry mess.
