in the garden literally 3 foot away from door behind big fence,guy puts sorry we missed you card through door,wouldn't it be easier to ring the bell.
when rang to complain at thornaby depot guy tells me not to shout and hangs up on me.
great customer service.
if this buasiness is an offshoot of the post office they too have suicidial tendencies in business.
if people are buying into a franchise like this,be careful you have the back up-customer service/empathy skills are zero.
people find it difficult enough with the post only coming once a day,but this just adds insult to already injured parties-the public.
