I booked tickets via Ent24 for Jools Holland. I was a little dubious at first as I hadn't heard of them before, but they were offering much better seats than ticketmaster. So I took the plunge and ordered them. I then came across this review site and was horrified. However, I'm so pleased to report that my experience hasn't matched that of many others. I found booking very easy and my tickets have arrived this morning, with the seats we'd booked and in plenty of time for the corcert. Phew!! I now just hope I have the same experience with my tickets for Chris Rea!! I guess time will tell.

    I found this review very helpful because i have just booked two tickets for me and my daughter to see Diversity and certainly dont want her to be dissappointed if the tickets never turned up. This comment has given me some faith. Thanks
