poor reviews had initially put me off dealing with this company so i originally was prepared to pay more and placed an order with another web based company. it transpired they did not have the camera in stock which led me to take a gamble with internet cameras direct. i was able to contact them by phone where i placed the order along with leather case and memory card. the kit turned up the following day with english menu and all as described on the website so im a happy customer and would recommend internet cameras direct to others who are unsure about using this company.
