I contacted expedia in july regarding changing the date of travel of our flight tickets and check that our booking was ok. The first 5 or so times that I asked for this I was told that it was not possible (even though the airline continued to tell me that it was and ask again!)
Eventually they relented and upsold the tickets to us to allow us to change the date of travel. We paid for new tickets in late july and were told that the old ones would be refunded within 2-12 weeks. It has not been over 14 weeks and they are still stalling! I have made inexcess of 100 emails to them asking expedia to either change the date of travel or to ask when my refund will arrive and almost everytime I get a response from a different agent who says "we have contacted the airline and will let you know when they get back to us." this ofcourse never happens and I am left with no refund and no idea of when to expect the refund.
This is the most poor customer service I have ever received and the expedia agents just seem to think it is normal.
