Well I am very confused with some peoples comments on here. I have been with Tescos since I past my test 5years ago. I hit a deer and it nearly rote my car off. I phoned Tesco and within 1 hour my car was picked up and within 24 hours I had a courtesy car. My car was fixed and I collected it within 14 days. The staff are always really helpful when I ring and when I renew I ring up and they give me vouchers and extra discount.
However my premeum does seem to go up considerably each year ;-(
