Please stay awy from SafeStyleUK, it is for your own good.

After I read some reviews, I decided to give it a try as everybody deserves a second chance: what a mistake.
I bought Diamond windows decribed as B-grade by the sales and I were told they were the best on the market in April 2009. When the windows were delivered and fitted, I discovered a week later that the windows were C-graded and I complained as they were the wrong ones. The customer service took awhile to reply (2 months). I confronted the salesperson and the customer service during a conference call: the sales clearly mentioned that Diamond windows were B-grade and were corrected by the customer service representative during our conversation. Unfortunately, there were no description of the windows on the sales contract i signed and legally there were nothing I could do.

General advice: make sure some of the windows specifications (mentioned by the sales) written or printed on the contract.
