I have never been inspired to remark on any other travel company - however after my recent appalling experience with Jet2 I feel so incensed that I need to vent my dissatisfaction. Whilst I accept airline companies should never compromise passenger safety - the 20 hour delay experienced on our return journey from Sharm was nothing more than shambolic. Limited information regarding the delay, dumping the passengers overnight in a flea pit hotel and to add insult to injury a sullen welcome when we finally touched down in Newcastle by one of their ground crew handing out mass copied letters of apology.
They are a "cheap ticket" airline with equally cheap contingency plans.....be warned, they care nothing for customers once they've banked your money!
