AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! This company claims to have items in stock then as soon as you pay they contact you saying it's out of stock. by this time they have YOUR money in their accounts earning them interest! Legal? I very much doubt it!! I was after an 37" LG LCD tv and found the one I wanted on Pixmania for £600. The website clearly stated it was IN STOCK so I used my debit card and paid for it. literally hours after making the payment I received an email from Pixmania saying it was OUT OF STOCK and I'd have to wait a further 6 days for it to arrive in stock, then a further few days for delivery. Although annoyed i decided to wait, but the due date for stock came and went and i heard nothing from Pixmania for about 9 days. So basically Pixmania had hold of £600 of MY money on the back of false advertising claiming they had the tv in stock when clearly they didn't. I asked for a refund and received it approx 5 days later.

Im fairly certain this type of business dealing can't be legal. And if you check other reviews you will see they do this all the time so I was not an isolated case. Also be warned, there's no way of ringing them and speaking to an advisor. The only (premium rate) number available gives you an automated update of your order which is what you get in the emails anyway. There's no one to talk to on the end of the phone. AVOID!!

    If a product is sold out you will be notified by email and given a new expected in stock date. You off course always have the possibility to cancel your order.

    Please note that when you place an order on our website, we will ask you bank for an authorisation to debit your card. However, we only put a reserve the amount of the order on your credit card until the order has been dispatched. If a product is not in stock and you want to cancel your order, the request of transaction will off course be cancelled and the amount will be unblocked on your card.
