Desperate.
Totaly unhelpful when I had a problem with my car outside my home - they basically refused to help because it was a tricky job, that they claimed they wouldnt be able to solve. Even though the membership I have with them is such that they clearly should help, albeit with an excess.
Fortunately this 'highly specialised' job that they couldnt help with was solved at no expense when a bloke a few doors up was able to do it himself. But I rue the day I gave any of my hard earned to this bunch - I wont be repeating my mistake.
