I bought a refurbished laptop from laptops direct about 4 weeks ago. After a few days, the screen began freezing so I called their customer services department to arrange an exchange. I must admit, after reading the reviews, I was nervous about calling them and to be quite honest was prepared for a fight, but it turns out I couldn't have been more wrong!

The lady I spoke to was really helpful and arranged a collection for the following day. The collection driver arrived as planned, and three days after that I had my replacement laptop delivered to me! Through out the process I got e-mails letting me know that the return had been set up, and then another to say my replacment was on it way.

Faultless service as far as I'm concerned. Just goes to show you can't always beleive everything you read. I will recommend Laptops Direct to all my friends.
