on the flight on saturday 7 november 2009 from fuerteventura to brussel ( 21u10)
there was a delay of one hour without any warning or appologize, they act like it did not happen at all
and there was a blond lady ( about 45 years) with long hair that was very unfriendly and used her time to start making fights with the passengers and with us, she was a belgium woman responsible for the flight, she refused to say her name, we had to ask her about three times to be more friendly, but she became only more unnfriendly, a shame that a woman like this can do this job, she gave us and the children stress, we hope this crazy unfriendly woman gets fired ( she STARTED fights with us )is she payed for this ... we hate thomas cook now
