i have been with sky for over 10 years and sky + for over 18months all was great untill my sky+box started playing up not recording,live pause not working etc.after several costly phone calls to untrained monkeys and several reboots i decided i needed a new box then one untrained monkey informed me that this would cost me £200 i explainen to the chimp that this was a joke as i pay over £50 a month for sky the gibbon then explained it was company pollicy.even though i watch alot of sport and the kids love sky i have been left with no choice but to tell these monkeys to shove there sky where the sun dont shine!! may try bt vision is it any better?
