I was generally happy with the product (TV and internet), however our TV service now keeps freezing. The customer service help is nil, when the virgin disconnected us due to a mix up with our address i had to speak to someone in the "i want to leave department" before i spoke to anyone helpful. The standard answer i kept getting from customer service was that despite being a customer of at least three years and being billed at the correct address for the duration, i had to prove i lived at my address before they would correct their mistake. Anyway, 6 phone calls and £30 later we are still battling with them over reconnection fees, films we haven't watched and other money we do not owe them. I always thought virgin was a brand you could associate value to, but i have been sadly mistaken and wouldn't take another contract out with them if they paid me. If this site would allow me to leave no stars i would do so, however i have had begrudgingly given 1 out of 5.
