I went into G-force in Glasgow a few days ago to buy a game for a friend at my work. When I walked in the man behind the till was playing a Playstaion 3 game with a head set on and wasnt paying attention to what was happing on the shop floor.
So I walked up to him and asked him for "Vandel Hearts" for the Playstation 1 and then looked at me in a puzzled way so I said it again and showed him and pointed at the game in the glass cabinet and it wasnt until he came out from behind the till he could see what i was talking about.
Then when he took the game up I quickly asked him if it had a insruction booklet within the case, he opened the case just a tiny bit so he could see but I couldnt and then said "Of course it does otherwise I wouldnt sell it at that price!" I thought to myself okay I know its very rare but there wasnt any need for that and then he put the game in a bag took the money and then through the game down on the counter and then continued to play his game he never once said thank you or end the sale.
I used to think the Glasgow store was very friendly but after that experince I doubt I'll be back in the shop for a long time

Wow what's just lazy. There was no need to be arsey over a simple question. Plus playing a game? Couldn't he be finding more useful things to be doing with his time. I can understand a test but from your descriptions he was just killing time.
