We ordered three items from Boots and chose a Saturday delivery to save having to book a day off work to receive the delivery (£5.99 is well worth it!). We liked the update of delivery timings by both txt and phone the day before. The drivers Julian and Jason (AV96B) rang ahead stating that they had been held up, BUT WOULD deliver NO MATTER WHAT! When they turned up they were polite and very helpful! The driver did very well manouvering the lorry within our relatively tight gravel drive. BRILLIANT!
