I would never book a holiday with Thomson ever again. The only thing they are interested in is taking your money. The reps dress like they are about to play football, they spend little time in resort and are not willing to deal with problems, they lie to you to get you to book trips, they don't turn up to complete the complaint reports. We had a fantastic stay at out hotel but every time Thomson was involved it was a circus.
1. When checking in at Tenerife South if our suitcase was over 23 kg(even if your total of baggage does not exceed your allowance) you have to buy a new suitcase (Euro 50), unpack your knickers in front of an entire airport and all as the rep can say is that it is has been in the small print since April, despite us being allowed to travel from Manchester with the same weights. This is not stated in the terms and conditions of contract!
2. The trip that we went on that cost over Euro120 for 3 of us was mis sold, we were actually lied to by a rep.
3. The plane ran out of water on the way home, nobody was allowed to use the toilet for the last hour of the trip, otherwise we were threatened with diversion.
4. I have seen more professional and happy staff at a funeral home than those excuses for trolley dolleys on that airline.

I went with Thomson because I use their German sister airline and have been impressed. I thought I was paying for quality, how wrong, they should name their airline Mickey Mouse airways - bit unfair on Mickey. Do not book with this company or their sister company First Choice if you want to be put first and made to feel that you are important as a customer.
