Buyer beware! I have been with the Utility Warehouse for 5 months. 5 months of hell! I have never before in my life had such appalling customer service. The saleswoman not only mis-sold the product but outright lied. The broadband is not the 24mbps as she advised, but 0.5mbps! (if & when it works!).
I have wasted nearly 20 hours on the phone to them attempting to have problems resolved. To no avail. Now I have to pay a cancellation fee and pay for the return of the modem etc etc. When I agreed to join Utility Warehouse, the lying distributor, stated that there was no cancellation fee. Keep away from this company at all costs. If you don't believe me, look at Martin Lewis's website and check out reviews for 'Useless Warehouse' on the internet.
