I have rated as one star because the system would not allow me to scoe as zero!!
I have had my pet insurance with E&L for over 10 years & have previously made claims all of which were addressed & handled reasonably promptly with payment being made in a couple of months. That was then..........

Now, as others have said, they wriggle out of paying anything they can. My dog had had an operation to remove a lump & I had to take him to the emergency vet a couple of days after surgery - they didn't consider this life threatening!!! Then to add insult to injury they lost part of my claim and then took 6 months between each receipt and payment. In between I had my other dog insured by Tesco & received payment within 4 weeks.

My advice - NEVER EVER use EandL
