Website was good at getting me quick quotes. I chose RS Automative for a wing mirror. It didn't arrive for more than 2 weeks and calls got the usual "it was lost in the post" and "I will call you back in five minutes" - they didn't call back and "It will be delivered today" - it wasn't delivered for a further 4 days. When it finally arrived there was a £8.00 small package delivery charge with a further 15% VAT on top of the delivery charge (plus on top of the goods of course.) making a total price of £36.97.
This must realise that customers who aren't dealt with honestly and openly and have to spend time waiting at home for a delivery that doesn't come or wait for a promised call back and don't get one will not only not use them again but tell others not to use them too.
