Why do companies use City Link so often? I can't believe the consistently poor service they offer. As the end customer you seem to end up wasting your time waiting in for them, they then claim to have attempted and delivery and left a card, yet no such thing has happened.
I thought it was just me but after reading other reviews it appears to be common place.
The fun really starts when you try to call the customer services department.... if you can get through in the first place that is!
