Furniture @ Work and their distribution's company Dams International are the worst companies I have ever dealt with - ever. I ordered just 1 table to be delivered between 5 - 10 days. A table top and 4 legs arrived over a week late with no fittings. I rang customer services 5 times and held on for at least 10 minutes each time without making contact. Once I waited 15 mins only to be cut off. To get through to speak to a person you normally have to hold on for 20 minutes. If you call sales dept you can get through immediately! I was promised the fittings would be sent out guaranteed next day delivery. This was a lie. The envelope came 8 days later but only the screws arrived. I have now emailed them 3 times and only received an acknolwedgement. I rang again and eventually got through and was told their distribution company would be faxed. I am not holding my breath. Order placed 6 October. It is now 7 November and I still do not have all the fittings to install table.
I asked for an apology but apparently they do not give apologies. I have spoken to several customer service employees over he last four weeks and one in particular was very rude. I would never never use the company again.
