Long story short: I took Atalia to and from Miami to Brussels. Every plane along the journey was very late. Lazy and rude employees. If Alitalia employees moved any slower, they'd be dead. No mystery as to why every flight is SOOOOOO late. Planes are old, cramped, and smelly. Avoid if you can, and especially if you HAVE to be somewhere on time (wedding, funeral, graduation).
