applied for a loan on the 1st september despite numerous phone calls still waiting often ring and more than 20 calls in quene started reading bad reports on the internet about them so rang again today as soon as i mentioned the bad reviews was cut off doers anyone know how to get fees back. I thought it would be quicker and easier on line but it has turn ed into a nightmare

    Write them a letter putting "before action at the top, tell them that they have failed in giving you a loan and you want your money back, this is what I did (I work in law) and I got most back within 10 days, however they kept £5 back for their admin charges, I have since sent another letter of disgust, this is a terrible firm who play on unfortunate people who have bad credit ratings through no fault of their own and are to be avoided, their rating on companies house is appalling
