Booked Resort Hoppa online, return journey Majorca Airport to Alcudia. Was only going for a 4 night break, taking my Mum with me. Arrived 18/09/09 at PMI Majorca, boarded coach quite quickly, thought this is good. After a two and a half hour journey, with stiff legs we arrived at our destination.
On the 17/09/09 we hadn't received our confimation time for pick up. I rang the number they give you to call them, only to be told I was number 17 in the queue. After waiting some considerable time I hung up and went to the internet suite to log on and reconfirm. COMPUTER SAYS NO! did not recgonise my reconfirm number. As this was our last day, wasn't prepared to sit around trying to get in touch with such an incompetent company. Next day 18/09/09, sat at reception to see if anyone would come for us, they didn't.
Had to take a taxi to airport at a cost of 75 euro. Whilst waiting to board the plane back to Belfast, got talking to an elderly couple who had been left stranded too, they had to take a taxi as well and were very distressed.
Next day I called Resort Hoppa, who promised to look into this matter. As of yet they haven't bothered. Ive sent recorded delivery letters, made phone calls and they have completely ignored me. Resort Hoppa is a loathsome excuse for a Transfer company and I would advise anyone travelling abroad to give them a wide berth. Barbara, Belfast.
