We have used DOTCOMCHROME after there canvasser rang us telling us that we would be on page one of google with the best keywords for our industry in his words 24/7 apart from a few minutes each day while they optimise . Being slightly green and a person who believes that everyone else is like me and does what they say i signed up for a months trial .i noticed an increase in internet enquiries although at the same time i had also taken a listing with yell.com in my trial month i noticed repeatedly i wasnt on page one and took screen dumps of the page .When i rang to speak to there customer services they would tell me i was on but even working in other peoples houses i would ask them to type into google my key phrases and i wouldnt be on .i sent an email to cancel before the month end but this wasnt acceptable they said .Customer services told me that in month 2 and three it would get better .No it didnt .Stay well away from this company total sharks and lousy customer services . Falling for there lies which were sent in the first place before signing up with Dotcomchrome has got to be my worst business decission

    I found this review very helpful because...

    Exactly the same thing happened to me and to several friends of mine.

    They sell you a FIXED PRICE UNLIMITED CLICKS 24/7 ADWORDS CAMPAIGN but what you get is a REGULAR ADWORDS CAMPAIGN with the cheapest, local area exact match key phrases they can come up with.

    Then the only way you can stop them rebilling is to cancel your credit card.
