Awful! Tied into a very lengthy contract and the phone after just a few weeks wouldn't work - clearly defective. Took it back and it was sent off for repair. After more than two weeks received my phone which had supposedly been repaired only to have the same thing happen again. Have sent it off AGAIN and three weeks later am still waiting. They offer a replacement that is about as good as a paper cup and a piece of string. Meantime I'm being charged for all sorts of features including internet that I can't use. They take your money, get you to sign a LONG contract and the minute the ink is dry say goodby to consumer rights and fair play!!! Shameful!!!
