Red themselves are very friendly, but that could be because they want your money. When it comes to complaints they are totally unhelpful.

my instuctor BILL EDMUNDS said he would put my test date in his diary. He never did. He never returned my calls and texts and said he was "out of the country" and never got ANY of them. I missed my test because of that.

The instructors do what they like cos 1) they are only franchised. Red has no control over them and 2) they have their own managers who often tend to be their friends so even with complaints NOTHING will be done, as Bill's manager confirmed to me.

MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERY TEST OR LESSON CONFIRMED IN WRITING!
