Belive me,you would waste your money if you take insurance with this company.
I lost my phone and reported with in 3hours and faxed the claimform with in 5hours with all details,I received a voicemail from phone safe after 5days,then I rang back and was rejected with security bcos D.O.B was wrong on my account.I was asked to email my passport which I did ,after 3 days I called them to see the update,they said they didnt receive the email.I sent it again and agent confirmed they received it then.They told it will take about another 7 days to process the claim.I hope they wont accept the claim bcos of all these....this is straight forward cheating.Dont know how T-mobile selected this company?
