My thoughts are: what a load of rubbish!! I only want to check my balances, and I just can't get into my accounts . Why oh why have you changed the format, it was so easy before. Now I have to stand in a queue for hours in our small branch. Come on lets go back to the good old days! If it a'nt broke
don't mend it!!
