Dealth with - Scott O'Brien who kept me totally up to date with what was happening. In knew what to expect and when - he made sure I understood the process from start to finish. As I am busy person he would text me to let me know he had emailed with important documents thay way I missed nothing that was cruial. I have worked in Customer Service for almost 30 years and its rare to come across this level of service. An Excellent experience and whilst they may not be the cheapeast out there I found the service 2nd to none. Would thoroughly recommend to friends and family.
