AA! I can only sum-up this self-proclaiming company in one word! RUBBISH!!

To take the first letter and use it to signify this rubbish establishment is an insult to the alphabet!

The customer service is vile! Reading through previous statements here, I too have been through the rough with the AA and thank the Lord above, I've seen the light and I will no-longer be using this saliva-like company!!
