Unfortunately, what was promised by 'Jarretiere In The Air' was not delivered on the day. Very friendly service leading up to the event but the closer we got to the big day, it was becoming more and more aparent that Stephanie had too much on her plate and could not handle the work load. In the end we had to take over and basically organise everything prior to the day and run the day completely ourselves.
I will say, as a plus point, she put us in touch with 'some' good suppliers but ultimately has not got a clue about how to run an event and stay in control. Infact she became argumentative, stubborn and ultimatly not helpful at all. The costs quoted to us became more and more expensive as more mistakes were made and details overlooked, by the time this was brought to our attention it was too late to do anything about it.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, unfortunately there is limited choice, but if you can, do avoid Jarretiere In the Air as they will over promise and under deliver, which is not the worry or stress you need on the day. A waste of money, we had to do everything ourselves in the end.
