Biggest mistake I made was signing up to another 18 month contract it has been sheer hell second time around with constant dropping connections and horror of horrors even worse phone line going dead for hours. Technical team suggest I am imagining it and then they even change my phone number and lose my broadband. Oh and no compensation for months of problems as its free. Still no solutin with 3 months to end of 2nd contract. Unreliable and no interest in resolving issues just in closing down tickets so they look good.
