I ordered LCD TV from Ebuyer as it was about £30 cheaper than other RELIABLE companies. What a mistake!!!!! Another proof that you get what you pay for. Paid an extra for it to be delivered on Saturday. I received an e-mail saying ithat the tem has been dispatched and will be received as specified.So Saturday comes and as I didn't receive the TV by 12.30pm I called the Customer Service to enquire. They told me that they tried to deliver but nobody was at home. What a nonsense!!! I was at home all day. They said they can't do anything about it as they don't deliver after 1pm so I'll have to wait til Monday for them to find out what happened. Not even a simple apology. I was unhappy about this as I had to reorganise all day in order to stay at home and said that I no longer want the TV as the've broken the promise. Apparently, not a problem! I guess they were in rush to get home. First thing on Monday I called them and asked whether the money have been transferred into my account. The 'team leader' (don't want to mention names eventhough they deserve to be mentioned) tells me that the item was delivered "this morning". I said it's not possible as I'm at work and there is nobody at home. She just ignored me, saying "I can't do anything, you have to organise it and find the TV SOMEWHERE IN YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD and return it back to us. I spent half an hour on the phone trying to explain that I've canceled the purchase due to their incompetent approach. I was promised it will be delivered on Saturday.They didn't deliver so I requested my money back. To my further annoyance they just left the TV with a neighbour. I live in an apartment and have hundreds of neighbours (later discovered that they didn't even leave a note on my door). She said she'll see what she can do. After long negotiation, they decided to collect it. Great!!!! But then, 7 days later I checked my account and no money in it. So, here we go again. Called them and was told that the item was never picked up which I later found out was another big lie. At this point I really got annoyed and told them I'll take them to court. Every time I called after that I was promised that the money will be refunded. So finally got the refund but it took about 10 calls and lengthy conversations. Never again I will buy from Ebuyer as I've experienced the worst Customer Service. Absolutely horrible!!!Yes, they are a little bit cheaper but believe me, not worth the fuss.
