Cannot get hold of anyone at their toll free number 866-435 9526. No one answers. i have been on hold with music playing for over an hour - no indication of anyone being there to even answer questions. This happens with no matter what choice you make on the telephone system, even if you punch the "make new reservation" option. Absolutely great!!!!!! Never again with this airline.
