hi ive had a crossman rabbitstopper and ive had the same problem seals leak and the bolt snapped this was in a couple of weeks of haveing bought it when it was zeroed it was a great value for money airgun and would take out rabbits at 30 yards no problem as for the back up service its not worth the papper its printed on useless mine took 3 weeks to be fixed then i had to pay for it buy a lighting you ll be much better off and quids in better gun all round .
