During my application process I was assigned a personal case worker called Lindsey Roberts. Before Lindsey was assigned to my case I had trouble dealing with a few people over the phone and found them to be somewat rude. Lindsey however was always polite, even with the constant phone calls I bombarded her with, and friendly. She went above and beyond good customer service to ensure that the loan was sorted out for me and I thank her very much for all her assistance during the process. I would have no hang ups recommending a friend and would encourage them to try and get Lindsey as their caseworker as she was exceptional at her job!
