Laptops Direct are horrendous. Please do not buy from here. I ordered a Sony Vaio but too my horror they actually sent me two laptops and charged me for two...unfortunately they were delivered to my work address so did not know I had 2 until later. Thinking that I would just have to call customer service and obtain a refund for the laptop I did not order and uplift was a big mistake...most ignorant customer service person I have ever spoken too insisting it was not their fault and would not pass on to a manager. I am still trying to the cash back for the money that I did not authorise for them to take out of my account and after many calls and mails you feel like firing a shell into the middle of this shambolic company!
