It is early days and I've been spoiled by the far superior RBS and Smile internet banking experiences on a personal level and the Coutts and NatWest ones which a couple of clients use.
My Co-operative Bank Business account has been open for about 2 months now and the internet banking details have only just arrived despite promises that the transition from my thankfully still functioning RBS business account would be quick and seamless. I just thank my lucky stars that I didn't elect to have them migrate my standing orders and direct debits!
Having just tried to log on to the website to view my account for the first time I thought I must be doing something wrong as the account details cannot be viewed. The accounts are there on some tabs, but not all. Then I found this and it all made sense....unless there's a marked improvement in the next few weeks I'll be swallowing my principles and sticking with RBS. Such a disappointment, but on the bright side, I've still got the rather brilliant Smile. If only they did Business accounts!
