THIS COMPANY IS REALLY MAKING ME MAD !!! AND UPSET !!!
The Soccer tickets were purchased and cancelled a week prior to the game by a LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALL ( QUEBEC ) and BY way of an EMAIL.
I advised them that I didn't feel comfortable providing my personal INFO
( Passport # with Photo + Credit Card photocopies of back and front ? )
This company has yet to REFUND my credit card, yet they immediately charged my card at the time of Booking. It is over a month and now I have to call my credit card company to have this resolved.
I WILL NEVER USE WORLDTICKETSHOP.COM.
I am now starting to take measures to inform everyone about this ordeal that will have a definite impact on future sales for them.
