Application was a little slow at the start, however I feel this was mainly due to postal strikes and not the fault of FLM. Once my aplication was passed to my caseworker Lane Chalmers, progress has been much clearer. My advisor has been polite and helpfull throught the phone conversations we have had. I feel I have been very well informed by Mr Chalmers of the application process and the progress of the application. The only weaknessif you can call it one is that I feel the name FLM could possibly be advertised a bit more, to make more people aware of the service offered without having to find through a broker.
