I have only one word to describe ACE parking and that is plain awful & rude, was kept waiting on the outbound and kept waiting again on the return i had 2 children and was utterly disappointed. No apology and no explanation. Made a complaint and it was ignored. I just would like to warn everyone reading this review if you want a fast efficent service then use onsite parking or another meet and greet.

    Hi this is Ace - on the date in question there was a fatal accident at Gatwick - the air ambulance had to land and roads were closed off - hence the delay - not all customers appreciated that this caused delays and all operating companies were involved and very under pressure as operatons were suspended temporarily - we feel under the circumstances this complaint is unjustified and not objective
