I recently purchased a vase online which I asked to be gift wrapped. The gift wrapping consisted of a black hessian bag and a draw string ribbon round the top. Hardly gift wrapping. I was appalled at this but was told this was how it was. Very disappointing for M&S and hardly what one would expect from them.
