My husband and I are pensioners and were put in touch with Accord by our financial advisor. We firstly had a standard variable rate mortgage, which, although it was not a cheap as some building societies, was O. K. We have now been put on a 3 year fixed rate of 4.99%. Other building societies would not deal with us because we wanted an interest only and also because of being pensioners. We found the service and courtesy of all staff, whenever we have rung them, to be of a very high standard, and to give credit when due, we say-WELL DONE!
