Used this card for several years. Over last year raised interest rate fr.14.9% to 23.9% Altered terms & conditions, reduced my credit limit from £9K to 2.9K Caused muddle, stress and confusion, which they denied.All this hassle, way too many pieces of paper each month. My credit record is excellent and payment has always been made on time
It would appear the credit card industry have become the "new loan sharks" in addition to their other dubious banking practices which are now common knowledge. TIME FOT THE GOVERNMENT TO ACT WITH URGENCY TOCAP THE INTEREST RATES to a level which reflects and adjusts the excessve interest rates up to now
