Insured through Diamond, before the Policy started I needed to change a driver - charge applied!

After policy implemented, within 2 days pester calls started to enhance cover and an assumption that you would accept!

Also, the credit card used is also used to debit your account come renewal time - do NOT give them authority to do that, make it absolutely clear that the card is NOT to be used again unless you give the go-ahead.

In a word, underhand and questionable ethics - avoid unless cost is over-riding.
